Andrea Lages is an executive coach, author, consultant, and widely experienced coaching trainer.

She has given coaching training, including the International Coaching Certification Training to people from more than 30 countries.

She is co-founder of the International Coaching Community – ICC (2001) and an ICC Master Trainer, co-founder and CEO of Lambent do Brasil, an International Training and Consulting company based in São Paulo, Brazil (2002). She is an NLP Master Trainer, consultant, business trainer and executive coach.

She is co-founder and director of Lambent UK, a Training and Coaching company, based in London. She is also a founder and director of ROI coaching, supplying coaching to financial institutions, based in London. She also founded and is a director in the Master Coach Academy, a company based in London that offers top level coaching training with very high quality and standards.

Living in London, she works internationally doing International Coaching Certification trainings, NLP certification courses (including the NLP Trainer Training Program), and seminars on communication skills, systemic thinking, leadership, sales, and goal setting, with individuals and teams.

She has worked in many countries of Asia, Americas and Europe, including the UK.

She speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese fluently and trains and coaches in all three languages.

Andrea is co-author of ‘Coaching with NLP – How to become a Master Coach’  published in English by Thorsons and translated to date into eleven other languages.

She is also author  with Joeph O’Connor of How Coaching Works which was published in the UK by AC Black in October 2007. This book was nominated for the Financial Times “Best Business Book of 2007” Award.

Training experience

Andrea was the first Brazilian Trainer to give International Certification Coaching trainings inside and outside Brasil.
She is the only Latin American Master Trainer in Coaching of the ICC.
Andrea has already trained over five hundred people, from 35 countries.
She specializes in coaching presidents, owners and board members of businesses.
